The Guiding Question |
Once you have a problem worth tackling, it will be necessary to develop a guiding/central question. What is a guiding question? A guiding question "is the fundamental query that directs the search for understanding. Everything in the [research] is studied for the purpose of answering it. "Guiding questions help provide focus and coherence for your research [1]".

You will be required to give a one minute "elevator" pitch. Your group will be allotted a total of five minutes. This includes transitions and questions. Be prepared to answer any questions from the audience. Some groups may wish to incorporate some sort of graphics or slides during the presentation. The following link is directions and an example of a slide used to give pitches in industry.
